We were seated immediately as we came after lunch hours, though the restaurant was still quite full. Food is really amazing, tasty and wholesome. Prices are good. We also had the tea set promo -RM27 for a drink and a dessert. The matcha tart was surprisingly good! And went very well with the hot oolong tea. 1 thing to improve on is the proactiveness and service mindset of the Burmese staff. We asked them to serve the matcha tart after we finished our food but they didn't think about first clearing the table (our table was full) before bringing the matcha tart over. I guess they need more training to adapt to the local service standards. Paid RM120 for 2 pax.

This restaurant is bright and clean. During peak hours l, need to queue for seatings. Food is consider good and tasty. Some dishes need to have longer serving time. Like example fish dishes. Staff very attentive and well trained. Price is typical shopping mall higher end price.

We first tried the food at the 1 Utama branch a year ago and were impressed with the quality and price of the set meals. Were disappointed to find the quantity reduced quite a bit and the fish dish tasted average compared to the first time we tried it. Service staff were fast but extremely loud as they seated and saw customers off especially if you were seated right at the entrance of the restaurant. It was difficult to hear yourself and impossible to have a conversation unless you shout too.

Food and beverages were good, served with nice presentation. A little on the pricey side, but the staff were attentive and helpful. Comfortable atmosphere, great for a relaxed meal and catch-up.

I have been visiting this restaurant for a long time, but this experience really disappointed me. I arrived at the restaurant earlier while my family was walking over. I told the staff that there would be a party of five and that they were on the way. At that time, the restaurant still had sufficient tables available, but they decided not to let me in. There was no queue at all. However, the staff insisted that I wait. When I asked how long the wait would be, she said about 10 minutes. So I had no choice but to sit outside the restaurant and wait. Unfortunately, people who came after me, with parties of 4 and 6, were allowed to go in without a reservation. Later, one of my family members didn’t know I was waiting outside and went into the restaurant directly. When they told the staff it was a party of 5, they were allowed in without waiting. The staff acted like nothing had happened and did not give me any explanation at all. It was very disappointing, as this is one of my favourite restaurants at The Gardens.
