Good place for lunch if you are there early before the lunch crowd hits. Ordering is fairly simple via the provided iPad so it really doesn't matter if you dont speak Chinese; just pick your soup bases- my favorites are usually both the Collagen broth and Mala, your selection of meats and veggies and they will bring it to you. Head over to the sauce bar to curate your own dipping sauce, and just take your time to enjoy the meal. I don't expect much from the waiters since their only job is to bring what you ordered to the table, but they did offer to assist with the fish paste, which was nice of them. The quality of meats is generally good, but the fish paste had a weird taste, and the truffle dumplings also was disappointing as it came frozen and somehow the meat filling inside had a strange chewy texture even after cooking it all the way till the end. However everything else was good and as always we ended up ordering too much. Not to worry as we can take away, which was quite a relief.

Came here for dinner and was greeted & served wonderfully by the staff (Vanessa) from start to end. We notice that they are well trained to be attentive and caring for the needs of each customer. Food quality is one thing that they don't skimp on. You won't find a lot of processed food e.g. cheese tofu, sausages, etc. as they believe to provide more premium quality food. We are privileged to have a private room as long as we meet the minimum spend. While the outlet in KD or TRX has karaoke system, this one in Gardens allows to have a quiet place to chat.

First time trying solo for their lunch set and was super impressed. Food was fresh and value for money. Weng Yan & Gao Ting also made me feel like I was dining at a friend's place. But Karen was the MVP for checking in constantly and she even peeled the prawns for me 🥺. Amazing service.

First time dining at Beauty in the pot at Mid valley KL. We ordered collagen soup and coconut soup - both soup base are very refreshing and tasty. Sliced beef was very good , special mention is their tofu fish , meat balls and fried fish skin in salted egg . Service is excellent especially from Karen and Vanessa. They were attentive and will remind us of the cooking time for the meat dishes. Free flow of side dishes such as seaweed, kimchi, sliced preserved papaya. A chilled drink mixed with crushed ice is served after meal.

Oh man, the food was actually 10/10! That signature collagen soup is literal heaven. It’s so creamy and nourishing, you can feel the "beauty" in every sip. We also got the fried beancurd skins, which are a total game-changer once they soak up all that rich broth. The pork belly was sliced perfectly thin, and the marinated beef was surprisingly tender.
