We went straight from the air port to the Pavilion as we were unable to checkin to our hotel. Good place to get reacquainted with Malaysian Food and not be disappointed. Food - value for money with great flavour. Service - Excellent service. Waitter by the name of Parvej, actually assisted us with our order as we were unable to access our phones on both occasions. Atmosphere - Sign of a good restaurant is if it is packed during lunch. This place definitely draw the crowd during lunch hours given it is in direct competion with numerous eateries.

A good variety of dishes and is located inside a shopping mall. They have Malaysia’s national dish, Nasi Lemak. The portion sizes are quite large and good value for money. The restaurant gets a steady flow of customers. The dining area is clean and well maintained. However, you may need to follow up a bit on your order.

I was here bringing my foreign friends for some sightseeing. And wanting them to try our local cuisine hence I bring them to try this local food chain. First the environment and the decor were comfy and cozy and place is very bright and welcoming. Things I hate about now is that they asked to scan QR code to take order. Just wondering if what happened if a tourist don’t know anything about our local cuisine, they will definitely having hard time choosing the dishes. That’s why I gave it a 3 stars for service la. Then the food came within 15mins and overall the dishes was pretty good. Except the char kuey teow, lack of wok qi and seasoning which I gave 6.1. Then the laksa was ok too. Not very oily but lack in curry herbs flavor so a solid 7.0. The otak otak was tasty and good (8.1). And then the Satay was not bad (7.5). The rojak was decent with a 7.4 and lastly the kangkung belacan was delicious and yummy with 8.7. So will I come again? Unfortunately no unless I’m bringing my foreign friends again la.

We still had to taste laksa curry and beef rendang on our list and Madame Kwan’s definitely delivered. We were there for dinner and were seated promptly. The food was packed with flavor and spice and we loved it. This place operates well and ordering was simple via the QR code mechanism. Would highly recommend the rendang with coconut rice to anyone coming here.

I had a wonderful experience at Madam Kwan’s in Pavilion Mall, Kuala Lumpur. The food was absolutely delicious and clearly high quality. The banana fritters were out of this world — easily a highlight of the meal! The restaurant has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere, and the service was fast and efficient. The employees were very pleasant and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Madam Kwan’s to anyone looking for great food, excellent service and value for money.
