kamI had a really pleasant dining experience tonight and I would like to give special appreciation to 俊恩 who served us. From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, he was very polite, friendly and attentive. Even though he was the main person serving our table, he handled everything very professionally and with a great attitude. What impressed me the most was his patience and warm personality. He was always smiling, spoke kindly and made sure everything at our table was well taken care of. He checked in on us at the right moments and made sure we had everything we needed during dinner. His service made the whole dining experience feel very comfortable and welcoming. It is not easy to find service staff who are genuinely friendly and attentive, but 俊恩 truly stood out. His positive attitude and dedication really made our dinner more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service. Staff like him are the reason customers will want to come back again.

Not only is the food great, but the service is always exceptional whenever we dine at Haidilao in Pavilion Mall. A special shoutout to Jack for being such an attentive and friendly server — his service really made our visit even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate how Haidilao maintains such consistent and high-quality service every time. The pork bone soup was also excellent and definitely one of my favorites.

I really enjoyed my visit to this nail service. The manicure staff (Li Ying) is so friendly and careful, and my nails turned out lovely with a soft pinky design. The place felt cozy with famous songs and lots of polish choices. It was a relaxing and fun experience and I’d definitely come back again. 🫶🏻

I visited this Haidilao branch at around 11 p.m., so luckily there was little to no waiting time, which made the experience much more pleasant. The food was delicious as expected, with fresh ingredients and rich, satisfying flavors that truly lived up to Haidilao’s reputation. What really stood out was the staff’s enthusiasm and attentiveness. The service was warm, proactive, and genuinely thoughtful, making me feel well taken care of throughout the meal. That said, one thing worth noting is that the portion sizes here are quite large. The servings are generous, so I’d strongly recommend considering this before ordering—especially if you’re dining with a small group or don’t have a big appetite. Another minor downside is that the route to the restaurant is a bit confusing. As a first-time visitor and a tourist, I found it somewhat difficult to locate the entrance and figure out how to get up to the restaurant. Clearer signage or directions would definitely improve the overall experience for newcomers. Overall, it was a very enjoyable late-night hotpot experience with great food and excellent service. Just plan your order wisely and give yourself a bit of extra time to find the place if it’s your first visit.

Who says Haidilao isn’t for vegetarians 🤔. As a strict vegetarian I had a good experience for the second time in this restaurant. The difference between this outlet and the VivoCity, Singapore is the exceptional personal attention. Jeff took care of our table and quickly understood we need help to go about our lunch. We had a lovely meal with a tomato based broth and a mushroom based broth adding Chinese cabbage, corn, potato, sweet potato, spinach and lotus root. Jeff helped us enormously and for a second timer it was a very good gesture ensuring someone unfamiliar with the nuances of dining in the restaurant enjoy their meal. Full marks for the service efficiency and sheer variety of condiments to make the meal a fantastic gustatory experience.
