ShereenThis is hands-down the best Korean fried chicken in town—it honestly tastes just as good as what you’d find in Seoul! The chicken is perfectly seasoned, incredibly crispy on the outside, and impressively juicy on the inside. You get generous portions that are definitely value for money. The service is lightning-fast, but keep in mind that this place is always packed, so be prepared to wait for a table. The only thing missing is a cold beer!

Gavin PangI enjoyed eating at this Korean restaurant. I love cheese so I had the mini honey mustard cheese fried chicken. It was interesting as it arrived on a hot pan and the staff made the cheese live at my table, then wrapped the 6 pieces of boneless fried chicken with the cheese. The fried chicken and the cheese were delicious. The same can't be said of the Korean beverages. The hot honey ginger tea wasn't good. It was only mildly hot which made it taste like it wasn't made fresh. The ginger and honey tasted like they were very processed, not made of fresh ingredients. Disappointing considering the good quality of the food. I'd still recommend this restaurant for the good food and great service.

Absolutely one of the best service crew we have encountered and she is an employee in this K Fry outlet, we were also surprised that she is from Vietnam. Shout out to Phyu Hnin, who did an awesome job in explaining the different food available in the menu when we had some difficulty understanding them. Even though she was not really good with her English, she tried her best to explain to us the best she could, with patience and always serving with a smile. The food served were hot and fresh, delicious and juicy. Thank you for the excellent service Phyu Hnin!

Had an amazing experience thanks to Amalin Aishah and her team! She treated me and my friends with so much kindness, making it one of the best F&B experiences we’ve had in a long time. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm, truly a gem in the service line. PLEASE GO TO K-FRY ONE UTAMA GUYS!! P/S to the boss: Please give big credit to her. Staff like Amalin are the reason customers like us will definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful experience at K Fry. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very quick with their service. They even gave free ice cream to our kids, which really made their day! The food arrived fast, everything tasted great, and the whole team made us feel very welcomed.Highly recommended for both good food and great service 😊
