How they can go this bad? It used to be so good, now fries pun sejuk, burger pun macam ni, the person whos taking order pun tak paham apa yang dia cakap, customer service is out. Toilet kotor gila. Be better, because its putrajaya for sake.

This is probably the most beautiful and scenic McDonald’s outlet in Malaysia. The view here is stunning and the restaurant is beautifully set up. There’s plenty of tables here, staffs are friendly and hospitable, food is served fast. The lakeview here is stunningly beautiful. Place is clean and windy in the evening and at night. Highly recommended ❤️✨⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really disappointed with the service here. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I waited for over an hour for my food, and even after reminding them, they just told me to wait longer without any apology. When the food finally came, the attitude was still bad, and the food didn’t even look appetizing anymore. Totally ruined my mood to eat.
