Daixy TanGreat service experience at McDonaldâs Bukit Bintang. A friendly staff came over to ask for feedback on the food, and when we were about to clear our tray, she proactively helped us clean the table. Really appreciated her attentiveness and warm service. The toilet was also very clean, which is a big plus.

zouher taeeseerI ordered a 4-piece chicken meal. Unfortunately, the chicken was tough, not well-fried, and had blood on it. I told the employee, and to be fair, he only replaced one piece. I said I didn't mind eating that piece, but I was surprised to find it had the same problem. So I left, even though I love McDonald's and was happy with the new decor. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.

Kelvin serI received my McDonaldâs delivery today and discovered that the fried chicken was raw inside. This is a serious food safety violation that poses a health risk. Serving undercooked chicken is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of proper quality control. I am extremely disappointed and expect this issue to be addressed immediately.
