Had a visit to Mollagaa Restaurant recently and overall it was a satisfying experience. Pros: Service was efficient and well-coordinated. Despite the crowd, the staff managed orders smoothly and food arrived with a swift turnaround time. As the name suggests, the dishes truly live up to their reputation — expect bold flavours and genuinely spicy options for those who enjoy heat. There’s also a good variety on the menu, catering especially to spice lovers. Cons: Be prepared for a long queue during lunch hours, which seems to be peak time. Also, the menu is accessible only via QR code on your phone. While digital ordering is convenient for some, it may not be ideal for everyone who prefers a physical menu as you may want to decide collectively before placing orders. It is located on 1st floor with rather narrow steps - which may be a slight challenge for elder or disabled. Would be good for a ground floor expansion as a future extension. Overall, a good spot for spicy food enthusiasts — just try to avoid the lunch rush if you’re in a hurry. 🌶️

This is an authentic Indian Restaurant serving meals/ cuisine predominantly from the south of India. I had the bandleader veg meal with banana leaf fish and masala tea. The meal was nice, however all the curries - Sambar, rasam etc were cold. I would have preferred them all including the rice to the really steaming hot, the way they serve in India. The banana leaf fish was really tasty and went well with the steam rice. They have a really elaborate menu and I would definitely b back for their biryani, chicken lollipop, mutton dishes, falooda and a lot more.

This is an authentic south Indian restaurant located in a busy city center. We had slight trouble finding a proper parking space so we parked at the road side. Since our food was take away, one person sat in the car incase it had to be moved. I ordered and picked up banana leaf rice set which came with spinach, beetroot, snake gourd, mango chutney, keseri, dhall curry, spicy curry, rasam, sealed fried snake gourd, papadam and crispy chilly. The starters were tasty too. As for meat it was chicken varuval, pepper chicken, crab masala, manchurian prawns, crab soup and some cool drinks. All side dishes were equally tasty and flavourful. The spices were so good and the portion is shareable easily unless you're a big eater. The packing service was quick and neat. Mollegaa restaurant is situated on the 1st floor. Need to take the stairs. Absolutely delicious meal from Mollegaa Restaurant.

The ambience was excellent, creating a comfortable and relaxed setting for dinner. Overall, a great place for quality food, good service, and a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in Kuala Lumpur.

Come here for lunch, order garlic cheese naan, chicken, cauliflower and panipuri. Portion is just nice for 2 of us. The spiciness is mid for me. Foods are delicious here, air conditioning restaurants. Quite crowded during lunch peak hour but the serving is fast.
